2. Products & Availability

All items are made to order and fulfilled via our trusted print-on-demand partner Printful. While we strive to ensure all product information is accurate, availability, colors, and sizing may vary slightly due to production variations.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in EUR or USD depending on your location and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

3.1 Errors and Mistakes

We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website, including prices, product details, and shipping fees, is accurate and up-to-date. However, obvious errors and mistakes (such as pricing errors, accidental free shipping, or incorrect product descriptions) are non-binding.

In the event of such an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect information, even after an order has been confirmed. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner Printful. Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
• Other regions: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

For customers in the United Kingdom, the following applies:

• Orders under £135:
  • For orders valued below £135, we do not charge VAT at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying import VAT and any applicable customs duties when the goods arrive in the UK.
    
• Orders over £135:
  • For orders valued above £135, we do not charge VAT at checkout, as we are not VAT-registered in the UK. The customer is responsible for paying import VAT directly to customs upon arrival.

5. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

• European Union (EU)
• United Kingdom (UK)
• United States (US)
• Selected other countries

Please note:

• We do not charge VAT or sales tax for orders shipped to the UK or US. However, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• We reserve the right to restrict or stop shipping to certain countries at any time due to logistical, legal, or business considerations.

6. Returns & Refunds

All products are printed on demand. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us at contact@beyondreasonabletees.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo(s). We’ll work with you to resolve it.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, branding, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Beyond Reasonable Tees and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Some product mockups and images used on this website are provided by third-party services (e.g., Printful and licensed stock photo sources) and are used under license. Beyond Reasonable Tees does not claim ownership over these third-party assets.

8. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. Beyond Reasonable Tees does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

All products sold by Beyond Reasonable Tees are fulfilled and shipped via a third-party print-on-demand partner. While we aim to ensure consistent quality, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. All use is at your own risk, including but not limited to allergic reactions, fabric sensitivities, or care-related issues.

In cases of fulfillment errors or defective products, we may offer a refund or replacement, subject to our return policy.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
